Visitor Management with Badge Printing
Visitors sign in at a tablet, a badge prints on the spot, the host is notified, and the visitor checks out with a reply.
A front desk should not need a receptionist to know who is in the building. With this module a visitor signs in on a tablet, a badge prints on the onsite printer, and the person they are visiting gets an email or text that their guest has arrived.
While the visitor is on site the system knows who they are, who they are with and when they came in. When they leave they check out themselves by replying to the email or text, or the host does it for them, and the log is complete for the day.
