We started in February 2000 doing what small IT companies do: fixing computers, running cable, getting networks to behave. 26 years later we're still doing that — for a lot of the same companies, which is the part we're proudest of.
What's changed is how far it goes. Somewhere along the way, clients stopped asking only whether we could fix the server and started asking whether we could build the thing they actually needed to run on it. So we did. Today we have an in-house development team, and the software we've built for clients — and for ourselves — runs in production for businesses well beyond Tustin.
That combination is unusual for a company our size, and it's deliberate. When the application, the server, the network and the phone system are all ours to answer for, there's nobody to hand you off to.
