- Flyer to listing. Upload the flyer you already have and HouseDepot reads it, filling in price, address, beds, baths, square footage and description for you to confirm.
- No flyer? It makes one. A polished printable flyer generated from the listing, in a choice of styles.
- Photos and video from your phone, resized automatically for fast loading.
- A permanent QR code and short link for the sign. As the listing moves to sale pending or sold, the same code shows the right page. A printed sign never resolves to a dead link.
- Passwordless sign-in. Email one-time codes, Face ID or Windows Hello passkeys, or single sign-on.
- Homeowners welcome. Vetted homeowners can list, not only licensed agents.
