Sales teams that email product offers to customer lists all hit the same wall: Microsoft 365 throttles or blocks a mailbox that sends too much too fast, and the whole company's email reputation suffers.
EQS puts every outgoing marketing email into one queue for the company. Each salesperson composes and sends as many as they want, from their own account, to their own customer lists. The system sends them in order, pacing the speed and rate so Microsoft never sees a spammer. Emails go out from the sender's own mailbox, so replies land back with the right person.
