Two names, one platform. The Ivcomputer Customer Portal is what our managed clients sign in to at msp.ivcomputer.com: The client side of our MSP Portal: contract hours used and remaining, service history, and your documented environment, signed in with your Microsoft work account with MFA. The Ivcomputer MSP Portal is the operator side of the same system, described below. Both use the Microsoft work account with MFA.
Most IT providers stitch their business together from half a dozen cloud tools: one for remote monitoring, another for documentation, a ticket system, QuickBooks for the books, a separate app for e-signatures, and spreadsheets for the rest. Each is another subscription, another login, and another place clients' most sensitive data lives on someone else's servers.
The Ivcomputer MSP Portal is the platform we run our own business on. It collapses all of that into one application on your own Windows Server: no per-seat cloud fees, no client data leaving your control, and every password and key encrypted at rest.
What is inside
- Remote monitoring and patching. Every managed device across every client on one screen: online status, logged-in user, one-click remote control, Windows Update management with maintenance windows, and a search across all devices at once.
- Client documentation vault. The "IT bible" for each account: circuits, Wi-Fi, networks, devices, VPN, directories, Microsoft 365, backups, diagrams, floor plans and runbooks. Every stored password is encrypted, and every reveal is logged.
- Client portal. Customers sign in with their own Microsoft account and see only their company: submit and track requests, view projects, contract hours used and remaining, service history, and the documents you choose to share.
- Automated proof of value. Monthly service reports that generate and email themselves, showing the month's work and an itemized checklist of what was verified.
- Accounting. Estimates, invoices, auto-invoicing, payments, expenses, bank feeds and financial reports, so billing lives with the work.
- E-signature. Send, track and store signed documents without a third-party subscription.
- HR and payroll. Employee records, time off, benefits, payroll with pay stubs, and a self-service area for each employee.
- Operations. Service calendar, time records, project boards, purchase requests, knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
Built for compliance
Microsoft sign-in with enforced MFA, access granted per page and per customer by role, a tamper-evident audit log on every sensitive action, and controls aligned to SOC 2 and California privacy law.
