The products
- Voicemail-to-Text. The flagship. Every voicemail arrives as accurate, searchable text in the caller's language, emailed to the right person with the audio attached. Connects through Microsoft 365, IMAP, a secure SMTP gateway or a SIP recording sweep, so there is no SMTP wrangling on the phone system. AI call analysis flags heated calls for review.
- SMS Business Texting. A real business number, two-way conversations in a shared inbox with picture messages, group broadcasts, and automatic STOP handling.
- AI Receptionist. Answers, routes to the right person, answers common questions and takes messages around the clock, with every interaction logged.
- AI Voice Agent (beta). Registers on the phone system as a SIP extension and holds natural voice conversations: answer, understand, warm-transfer.
- Appointment Service. Multiple calendars with public self-booking links, reminders by email, text or AI voice call, a front-desk check-in kiosk, and two-way Outlook sync. Pet businesses get structured pet records built in.
- Call Recording and Call Details (beta). Record, search and review calls with transcripts.
- Phone System Cloud Backup and Long-term Storage. Offsite protection for the phone system's configuration, and extended retention for transcripts and recordings.
- Free tool: AI prompt generator. Professional day, night and system greetings in natural AI voices, at no cost.
