AlertAny

A walk-in cooler that drifts warm overnight, a router that drops at a remote site, a controller that stops answering: the cost is not the fault, it is the hours before anyone notices. AlertAny is a monitoring and alerting platform that checks whether your devices are online, tracks temperature readings from connected sensors, and notifies the right people by email, text or phone call the moment something is wrong.

What it does

• Device monitoring. Every device with its live status, location and history. See exactly when, and for how long, a device was unreachable.
• Temperature monitoring. Every sensor across every device in one list, with charts over any date range, side-by-side comparison across a whole facility, branded PDF reports, and recurring reports that email themselves.
• Alert Profiles. Reusable bundles of who gets contacted and how (email, SMS, phone call), retry and repeat timing, recovery notices, stuck-sensor detection and quiet hours. Assign one to a device, a group, or a whole account in one action, and send a real test alert to confirm delivery before it matters.
• Alert schedules. Control the days and hours each kind of check runs.
• Status board. A live board of device health built for a wall display.
• Dial-in alerts. Raise or acknowledge an alert from any phone: dial in, enter an extension and passcode, and the message goes to that extension's people by email, SMS and call.
• Customers and sub-users. Each customer manages its own devices, contacts and users, and sees only its own data.

Who it is for

Restaurants and food producers with coolers and freezers, pharmacies and labs with temperature-controlled storage, and any business with equipment at sites nobody is watching. Also used by IT providers to monitor many customers from one account.
